What will happen when you reach out to Ally

When you contact Ally, she will make a time to see you within a few days.  She has office hours during the week and on the weekends.  She will conduct an initial 60 minute evaluation and then schedule subsequent 45 minute sessions.  If you would like the same time every week, she will work with you to get a time that meets your needs.  During your weekly sessions, Allyson may assign you  "homework" to make sure you are using the strategies you are learning in session.  She is working on building your tool box and often it will be trial and error to see what works best for you.   Sometimes you may only need a few sessions, sometimes therapy sessions may be long term, every individual is different and unique in their own way.  Families and parents are involved in treatment if the client and I feel it would benefit them, the client and confidentially always comes first.

Contact Ally at 847-637-0497 and she will get back to you within 3-6 hours.
